GreenResources Management, an organization that implements the extended responsibility of producers for packaging waste placed on the market (OIREP), part of the GreenGroup recycling group, announces the appointment of Alina Georgescu as General Manager starting on June 1, 2023.

Alina Georgescu has been part of GreenGroup since 2017, holding the roles of Corporate Affairs Director, member of the Board of Directors and president of the Board of Directors of GreenResources Management, a position she still holds. Previously, she worked in the office of the secretary of state in the Ministry of the Environment, but also in an important company in the recycling industry.

With 15 years of experience in both the public and private sector, Alina Georgescu takes a natural step to the executive management of GreenResources Management.

“It is an honor to take on this important position and to continue working alongside one of the best teams in Romania. The fact that I am already part of GreenResources Management is an advantage and I trust that the transition process will be as natural as possible. We will continue to implement the company’s business plan and be reliable partners of manufacturers”, she said.
