GreenGroup, a European leader in circular economy, has launched the first integrated sustainability report, reflecting the commitments and performances of the 11 companies in the group, active in the fields of recycling, environmental services, OIREP and waste management.

GreenGroup voluntarily reports according to the requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), providing transparency and details about its impact in the transition to a circular economy. The document integrates the results of activities in Romania, Lithuania and Slovakia, illustrating how each company in the group contributes to this common objective.

Since its establishment in 2002, GreenGroup has become a leader in the recycling industry, processing over 350,000 tons of waste annually and having a team of over 2,200 employees dedicated to the circular economy.

Constantin Damov, President of GreenGroup stated: “GreenGroup is establishing itself as a visionary leader in the implementation of the principles of the circular economy. GreenGroup not only processes hundreds of thousands of tons of waste annually, but also actively contributes to the foundation of an economy focused on the efficient reuse of resources, pollution reduction and environmental conservation.

Each type of recycled material, whether it is plastic, glass, electrical equipment or industrial waste, is reintegrated into a sustainable circuit, reducing the need for primary resources and strengthening sustainable development.”

2026 objectives for the three ESG pillars:

    Environmental protection (Pillar E)
