    PepsiCo launches the third edition of its Campus programs

    PepsiCo, one of the leaders in the food and beverage industry, launches the third edition of its Campus programs: FirstGen PepsiCo Commercial Management Traineeship and PepsiCo’s Bootcamp for Future Engineers. These accelerated training initiatives are dedicated to young professionals in Romania at the beginning of their career journey.

    Applications are open until April 30here for the FirstGen PepsiCo Commercial Management Traineeship Program and here for PepsiCo’s Bootcamp for Future Engineers. The final selection process will take place in May, and the selected candidates will start their internships on July 1, 2025. The programs are paid, require full-time engagement (8 hours per day), and provide hands-on experience in a dynamic industry.

    FirstGen PepsiCo Commercial Management Traineeship targets final-year undergraduate students and master’s students in economics, commerce, marketing, or finance, as well as young professionals with up to three years of experience in these fields who are looking to build a commercial career in an international team.

    The two-and-a-half-year program provides selected candidates with exposure to various roles, allowing them to develop expertise across PepsiCo East Balkans’ commercial functions. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge in Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and beyond, helping them identify the career path that best matches their skills and long-term interests.

    PepsiCo’s Bootcamp is designed for students enrolled in academic programs at the National University of Science and Technology Politehnica Bucharest, in their final undergraduate year or pursuing a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science. The program also welcomes young professionals with up to one year of work experience.

    With a duration of three months, extendable up to one year, the program offers young professionals the opportunity to gain practical experience in Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments at PepsiCo East Balkans’ two factories in Bucharest.
